- 1 lb. sirloin (tenderized)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (15 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon
- 3 to 4 c. egg noodles
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- dash of garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook and stir mushrooms and onions in margarine until onion is soft.

2Remove from skillet.

3In same skillet, brown meat lightly on both sides.

4Set aside 1/3 cup bouillon; stir remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic and salt in skillet.

5Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.

6Blend reserved 1/3 cup bouillon and flour; stir into skillet.

7Add mushrooms and onions.
-
8Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

9Boil 1 minute.
-
10Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
