- 1 1/2 lb bay scallops
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Turn broiler on to medium or possibly medium-high.

2Rinse scallops and place in a shallow baking pan.

3Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter or possibly margarine and lemon juice.

4Broil 6 to 8 min or possibly till scallops start to turn golden brown.

5Remove from oven and serve with extra melted butter on the side for dipping.
