- 12 soft shelled crabs, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions

1Season the milk with the Old Bay, salt and pepper.

2Soak the crabs in the seasoned milk for 15 minutes then drain.

3Sprinkle each crab all over with 1 tablespoon flour.

4Brush the bottom side of each crab with melted butter.

5Broil, top side down, for 8 minutes.

6Flip them over, brush the top side with butter and broil for about 7 more minutes or until golden brown.

7Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
