- 3 large tomatoes
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Remove stems from tomatoes; cut in half lengthwise.

2Put tomatoes in broiler pan.

3Combine remaining ingredients; lightly press mixture over top of tomato halves.

4Broil 6 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.

5Yield: 6 servings.
