- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Directions

1Pat chicken dry, then place each breast half between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound gently, but firmly, with a meat mallet until about 1/4 inch thick.

2Combine seasonings, stirring to blend well.

3Dip chicken in 1/4 cup melted margarine, then sprinkle seasoning mixture on one side of chicken breasts.

4Grill over medium-high coals 2 or 3 minutes.

5Sprinkle seasonings on other side of chicken; turn and cook chicken until no longer pink in the center, about 2 or 3 more minutes.

6You may baste chicken with additional melted margarine, if desired, while grilling.
