- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup whole grain wheat flour
- 12 cup flax seed
- 12 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 12 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup apple juice
Directions

1blend all dry ingredients together.

2Add jogurt and sirop, stir.

3Add peanutbutter and blend until you think it will not blend any better.

4Add applejuice and mix on high speed for a few seconds.

5Make cookies or muffins or if you like bars you only use 1/4 cup juice.

6Bake at 170for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
