- 12 cup rye flour
- 12 cup yellow cornmeal
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 egg
- 13 cup molasses
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 34 cup raisins
Directions

1Heat oven to 400 and grease standard size muffin tin.

2Mix flours, cornmeal, salt and baking soda.

3In seperate bowl: mix egg, vegetable oil, molasses, sugar and buttermilk.

4Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients stirring until blended.

5Stir in raisins.

6Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

7Bake 15 minutes or until tester tests clean.
