  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • figs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Slice figs into crust. Mix sugar and gelatin and pour over figs. Place pats of butter around top of pie and sprinkle vanilla over top. Mix the 3 tablespoons of butter and flour together to make a crumbly mixture, sprinkle on top. Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown.
