- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. salsa sauce, divided
- green and yellow peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. green sliced onions
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 8 flour tortilla shells (7 to 8-inch)
- chopped lettuce, tomato and green onions for topping
Directions

1Combine 1/2 of the Monterey Jack with all of the Cheddar and cream cheese.

2Add 1/4 cup of sauce.

3Add onions and cumin.

4Mix well.

5Spoon 1/4 cup on a shell and roll.

6Place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch dish.

7Top with sauce and remaining Monterey Jack and green onions.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
