- 12 chicken wings
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
Directions

1Wash and pat dry chicken wings.

2Cut into 2 parts at the joint.

3Place wings in large, shallow baking pan.

4In a small saucepan, put soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sugar, garlic and ginger. Stir until blended.

5Heat until sugar and honey dissolve.

6Pour this on the wings.

7Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

8Turn and baste occasionally.
