Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sour milk (2 T vinegar, add milk to measure 2 cups)
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons shredded orange rind
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup raisins
Directions

1Stir together the flours, baking soda and salt.

2In another bowl, mix eggs, sour milk, molasses, honey, and orange peel.

3Add to dry ingredients; stir until well mixed.

4Fold in nuts and raisins.

5Place into 2 greased 8in loaf pans.

6Bake at 350* for about 55 minutes, until pick comes out clean.

7Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and cool completely.
