  • 1-1/2 stick Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 packages (2 3/4 Oz. Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix, Or Sugar Free
  • 3 cups Milk, Whole, 2% Or Skim
  • 8 ounces, weight Regular Or 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 10 ounces, weight Package Whipped Topping, Regular Or Fat Free
  • 2/3 cups Pecans, Chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix together the butter, flour and salt in a small bowl. Spread into a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

    In medium sized bowl, combine the dry pudding mix with milk and beat until thickened. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add whipped topping and blend until creamy.

    Spread pudding mixture over the cooled crust and then top with the cream cheese/whipped cream topping. Top with finely chopped nuts.

    Chill well before serving.
