- 3 large baking potatoes
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Scrub potatoes well.

2Leave skin on and cut into wedges.

3Boil in med saucepan with broth.

4When tender remove from heat and drain broth.

5Reserve about 1/2c.

6Add butter and milk and a little of broth.

7Add until desired consistency.
