- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 can Campbell's beef consomme
- 1 can Campbell's onion soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Melt butter in casserole dish.

2Stir uncooked rice in butter until coated.

3Add the soups and water.

4Cook for 1 hour in oven at 325°, covered.

5After an hour, remove cover and stir.

6If rice is not soft (done) let cook uncovered a little longer.
