  • 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 can Campbell's beef consomme
  • 1 can Campbell's onion soup
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Melt butter in casserole dish.

    Stir uncooked rice in butter until coated.

    Add the soups and water.

    Cook for 1 hour in oven at 325°, covered.

    After an hour, remove cover and stir.

    If rice is not soft (done) let cook uncovered a little longer.
