- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. raw rice (long cooking kind)
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (dried type)
- 1 can Campbell's beef bouillon soup
Directions

1Melt 1 stick of margarine in casserole dish.

2Add 2 cups raw rice.

3Put onion soup in a quart pitcher.

4Pour bouillon soup in with the onion soup.

5Fill the quart pitcher to measure 1 quart with hot or boiling water.

6Now pour this liquid mixture (dried onion soup, beef bouillon and hot water that all together measures 1 quart) into the casserole dish that contains the melted margarine and raw rice.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Cover tightly with aluminum foil, sealing the edges so the heat doesn't escape.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
