  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 cans consomme
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine in frypan.

    Add minced onion; stir until wet and brownish.

    Pour into casserole.

    Add consomme and rice. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Cover and bake 2 hours at 300°.
