- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can onion soup
Directions

1Fry butter, rice and mushrooms until rice is brown.

2Put in casserole dish.

3Add beef consomme and onion soup.

4Stir well. Cook, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.

5Then remove cover and cook 20 more minutes.
