- 4 c. white flour
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/4 c. butter
- Kosher salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except butter and Kosher salt in large bowl.

2Knead in additional flour until dough is no longer sticky. Roll out dough until 1/4-inch thick.

3Then cut into 1/4-inch strips about 10-inches long.

4Twist into desired shapes and lay on greased cookie sheet.

5Melt butter and spread on pretzels using small brush.

6Sprinkle salt on pretzels and place in oven at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
