Ingredients

  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can mushrooms with liquid
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 c. rice

Directions

    Heat all ingredients (except rice and sliced onions) until beef cubes melt.

    Place rice in oven-safe casserole.

    Add sliced onion, then pour liquid over.

    Stir well.

    Bake 15 minutes, uncovered, then bake 45 minutes, covered, at 350°.
