- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can mushrooms with liquid
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 soup can water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Heat all ingredients (except rice and sliced onions) until beef cubes melt.

2Place rice in oven-safe casserole.

3Add sliced onion, then pour liquid over.

4Stir well.

5Bake 15 minutes, uncovered, then bake 45 minutes, covered, at 350°.
