Brown Rice Casserole

- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
- 3/4 stick margarine (corn oil)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans beef bouillon (I use Campbell's)
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained (can be omitted)
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine until tender.

2Add rice, bouillon and mushrooms and stir until heated.

3Pour into casserole dish; cover.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes (until rice is tender).
