Brown Rice Casserole

  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 2 cans beef bouillon

Directions

    Melt butter in pan; add chopped onions.

    Stir and cook a few minutes.

    Add beef bouillon, 1 cup uncooked rice and mushrooms. Stir well; pour into casserole dish.

    Cover; cook in 350° oven for approximately 1 hour or until rice absorbs the liquid.
