- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 c. cholesterol free, reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce and seasonings in bowl.

2Transfer to 3-quart baking dish, coated with cooking spray.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
