  • 2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • handful of parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. sage, oregano or Bell's seasoning

    Crust:

    Beat egg. Add herb seasonings.

    Add rice and mix thoroughly.

    Oil pizza pan or pie plate.

    Press mixture into pan thinly.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes (can be stored in refrigerator/freezer at this stage).
