- 80 grams Brown sugar
- 1 packet Kanten powder
- 500 ml Water
- 100 grams Brown sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Kinako
- 1 Milk
Directions

1Make brown sugar kanten.

2Combine water and powdered kanten in a pot and mix to dissolve.

3Add brown sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes until boiled.

4Stir very well and dissolve the brown sugar completely.

5Pour into a mold, when cool enough, chill in the fridge.

6When set, cube into 2cm.

7Make the kuromitsu brown sugar syrup.

8Combine brown sugar and water into a pot, stir and bring to boil.

9When it thickens, it's done.

10This is kuromitsu brown sugar syrup.

11You can use this for anything.

12Put the cubed agar and vanilla ice cream in a cup.

13Then pour the brown sugar syrup and kinako.

14Finally pour in the milk slowly.
