  • 80 grams Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Kanten powder
  • 500 ml Water
  • 100 grams Brown sugar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Kinako
  • 1 Milk

    Make brown sugar kanten.

    Combine water and powdered kanten in a pot and mix to dissolve.

    Add brown sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes until boiled.

    Stir very well and dissolve the brown sugar completely.

    Pour into a mold, when cool enough, chill in the fridge.

    When set, cube into 2cm.

    Make the kuromitsu brown sugar syrup.

    Combine brown sugar and water into a pot, stir and bring to boil.

    When it thickens, it's done.

    This is kuromitsu brown sugar syrup.

    Put the cubed agar and vanilla ice cream in a cup.
