  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 lb. light brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. half and half cream
  • whipped cream for topping

Directions

    In mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Gradually add butter and cream.

    Mix until well combined. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Serve warm, topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
