Brown Sugared Apricots

  • 3 (17 oz.) cans apricot halves in syrup, drained
  • 4 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Place drained apricots in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the brown sugar and crumble over the fruit. Drizzle the melted butter over the fruit evenly. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
