  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. hot water

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Cook until lightly browned in a frypan.

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.

    Add half the liquid; cover and cook on low heat.

    Add rest of the liquid, stirring occasionally.
