  • 1 large egg
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients, stirring well (dough will be sticky).

    Stir in pecans.

    Dust hands with powdered sugar and shape into 3/4-inch balls. Coat balls with powdered sugar and place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Makes about 5 dozen.
