  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. butter/oleo
  • 4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Stir to blend. Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan. Add nuts and stir to mix. Combine the flour and butter mixtures; add vanilla. Blend only to mix well.

    Pour into 24 paper-lined muffin tins. Spray liners with Pam! Bake at 325° for 23 minutes. These travel and freeze well.
