- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 (8-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Melt butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat. Pour into medium size bowl and cool.

2Add egg, sugar and corn syrup.

3Beat with rotary blender until smooth.

4Stir in vanilla and pecans.

5Pour into unbaked pie crust.

6Bake at 375° on lower shelf for 40 minutes.

7Cool thoroughly before serving.
