  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares, 4 envelopes (I use choco-bake)
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup shifted enriched flour
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • frosting
  • 3 -3 14 cups shifted powdered sugar
  • 13 cup milk
  • 14 cup butter
  • 2 (1 ounce) packets Choco-bake
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Melt chocolate (if using choco-bake you don't have to melt it).

    Throughly cream butter and sugar add egg and beat well.

    Blend in melted chocolate, vanilla, and flour.

    Mis nuts into batter.

    Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 325 for 35 minute.

    Frosting:.

    Beat sugar, milk, butter, choco-bake, vanilla, and salt in small mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.

    Makes 1 3/4 cups.

    Cool brownies and then spread frosting on sprinkle with nuts.
