  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. oil (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add sugar and sour cream. Mix. Combine flour, soda, salt and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture. You can add a tablespoon of oil. It helps when cream is thick. Bake at 350° (approximately 1 hour, but check it with toothpick). This is a large cake. It will make 3 layers.
