- 1 lb. cooked, drained sausage
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 6 slices bread, cubed (crust cut off)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Place bread in dish.

3Add meat.

4Mix all other ingredients as follows:

5Beat eggs until fluffy; add seasoning and milk.

7Add cheese.

8Pour in dish.

9Refrigerate overnight.

10Uncover and bake for 50 minutes at 350°.

11Will puff, then fall a little after removing from oven. Make half for a small family.
