  • 8 to 12 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 lb. sausage, browned and well drained
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup

    In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, layer bread cubes, sausage and Cheddar cheese.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together. Pour over layered mixture and refrigerate overnight.
