  • 1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper until tender. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
