- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 8 slices white bread, crust removed
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown sausage, drain.

2Cool.

3Line 13 x 9-inch pan with bread slices.

4Sprinkle sausage evenly over bread, then layer cheese. Mix milk with well beaten eggs, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour over layers in pan.

5Cover pan and put in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
