- 2 lb. sausage
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 10 slices white bread
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Trim crust and cube the bread.

2Place on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

3Layer cooked sausage and grated cheese. Put Cheddar cheese on top.

4Pour beaten eggs, mixed with milk, over top with undiluted soup.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
