- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 can refrigerated crescent biscuits
- 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Crumble and brown sausage in skillet; drain well.

2Butter bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and line with biscuits, firmly pressing to seal.

3Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

4Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 to 30 minutes.

5Let stand for 5 minutes.

6Cut into squares and serve.
