  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent biscuits
  • 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Crumble and brown sausage in skillet; drain well.

    Butter bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and line with biscuits, firmly pressing to seal.

    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

    Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 to 30 minutes.

    Let stand for 5 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve.
