- 8 medium cooked potatoes, cubed (peels on)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (or as much as you like)
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (save 1/2)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 1/4 c. sliced black olives
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients, saving black olives and 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.

2Put into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

4with black olives and bacon.

5You may want to spray the pan with Pam if you use a metal pan.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
