Ingredients

  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 to 5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 medium red pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 8 oz. cooked ham, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Toss 1/2 of cheese and sprinkle in the bottom of a slightly oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Saute in pan, mushrooms, onions, pepper and margarine until tender, then arrange over cheese, then sprinkle on ham and the remaining cheese.

    Refrigerate overnight.
