- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 to 5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 medium red pepper, sliced
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 8 oz. cooked ham, cut in cubes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Toss 1/2 of cheese and sprinkle in the bottom of a slightly oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Saute in pan, mushrooms, onions, pepper and margarine until tender, then arrange over cheese, then sprinkle on ham and the remaining cheese.

3Refrigerate overnight.
