- 12 slices bread
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. sliced bacon or ham
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. milk
Directions

1Break bread into small pieces; place in well-greased baking dish (9 x 13-inches).

2Cut cheese into cubes and sprinkle over bread.

3Sprinkle ham or bacon over cheese, then pour margarine over ham or bacon.

4Beat eggs with mustard, salt and milk, then pour over casserole.

5Chill in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 hour or until firm.
