- 4 c. seasoned croutons
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
Directions

1Combine croutons and cheese.

2Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

4Mix until well blended.

5Pour over crouton mixture.

6Sprinkle crumbled bacon or sausage on top.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8Makes 8 to 12 servings.
