  • 4 c. seasoned croutons
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled

Directions

    Combine croutons and cheese.

    Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Mix until well blended.

    Pour over crouton mixture.

    Sprinkle crumbled bacon or sausage on top.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
