- 2 c. croutons
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper (if desired)
- 6 slices bacon
Directions

1Spread croutons in greased 10 x 6-inch pan.

2Sprinkle cheese over croutons.

3Mix and pour over eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.

4Cook bacon until crisp.

5Drain.

6Crumble and sprinkle over all.

7Bake 50 minutes or until set in a 325° oven.
