Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c. plain croutons
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slightly beaten eggs*
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Directions

1Combine croutons and Cheddar cheese.

2Spread in bottom of greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

3Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper until well blended.

4Pour over crouton mixture.

5Spread bacon on top of casserole.

6Bake in oven at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.

7Garnish with bacon curls if desired.

8Serves 6.
