  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Beat eggs.

    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 45 minutes at 350° (with English muffins and fruit, makes a great breakfast for company).
