Brunch Egg Casserole

- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) box seasoned croutons or homemade if you wish
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1In the bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish (greased), place croutons.

2Combine in large bowl eggs, milk,

3cheese, salt and pepper.

4Mix until blended.

5Pour about 1/2 inch of egg mixture over croutons and let sit for about 5 minutes (just to let croutons soften a bit).

6Pour rest of egg mixture over croutons. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

7Bake at 325° for 50 minutes or until set.

8Cut into squares and serve hot with toast, muffins, etc.

9So easy to make and convenient for company.

10Just prepare and cook the night before.

11Cool and refrigerate.

12Bring to room temperature and reheat the next day!
