- grated Cheddar cheese

1Fry bacon until done but not crisp. Spray Teflon muffin tin with nonstick spray.

2Cover bottom of each muffin receptacle with sauteed bread crumbs. Add spoonful of grated cheese. Circle slice of bacon inside each receptacle.
