  • 1/2 c. tomato catsup or chili
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions

    Combine ingredients and store in jar in refrigerator.

    Use for oysters, clams, shrimp, crabmeat or lobster.

    Yield: About 1 cup.
