- 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 8 oz. diced green chiles
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Saute corn in butter until just tender. Set aside to cool.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Add cooled corn and mix.

5Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake 1 hour or until firm and golden on top.

6Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole and salsa.

7Serves 8 to 10.
