- 3 dozen eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. mushroom soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms (more or less)
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
- paprika
Directions

1Scramble very, very, very lightly in butter the eggs and milk until just barely set.

2Put layer of eggs in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sprinkle half of soup on eggs, sprinkle can of mushrooms and sprinkle cheese on top.

4Add second layer.

5Sprinkle top with paprika and bake 1 hour at 350°.
